Agen138 is more than a gaming platform — we are a community of players who believe everyone deserves a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming experience. This is our story.
Agen138 began operations in 2018 with one clear goal — to build an online casino platform that truly understands the needs of Malaysian players. Rather than copying foreign platform models and repainting them, we built from the ground up with local payment habits, regionally popular game preferences, and the way Malaysian players communicate and seek support all taken into account.
Over more than seven years, Agen138 has grown from a small platform with a few hundred members to a community of over 150,000 active players across Malaysia. This growth is not the result of advertising campaigns alone — it comes from satisfied players who recommended the platform to their friends and family.
We operate under a valid license and comply with all compliance requirements of the online gambling industry. This means every ringgit you deposit, every win you achieve, and every transaction you make is protected by a robust legal and technical framework. Agen138 has never delayed paying legitimate wins — this is a core commitment we have never compromised on since day one of operations.
The team behind Agen138 consists of over 80 professionals in technology, cybersecurity, game product management, customer service, and finance. While most of us work behind the scenes, the one thing that unites every team member is a shared drive — to ensure every player who logs into this platform gets the best experience possible.
To become the number one online casino platform of choice for Malaysian players — not through the biggest promotions, but through the most trusted, most consistent, and most enjoyable experience.
Integrity, transparency, innovation, and respect for every player — these are the four core values that underpin every decision made by the Agen138 team each day.
